Our experience with The Baumberhof has been nothing short of fabulous! We’re going to give you 4 reasons why you’ll love getting married at The Baumberhof.
This venue oozes charm. The barn is a replica of a 400-year-old German stone barn in Bavaria and the details are stunning. We especially love the loft! Keely and her bridesmaids had a fun video sesh up in the loft with a pillowfight and all that gorgeous light. The grounds are also to-die-for with 450 acres of trees and lawns. I especially love the forest clearing where Keely and Trey had their first look. It feels magical in the canopy of trees, like fairies would be dancing around when no one is looking.
Our experience with Sharon and the rest of the staff at The Baumberhof has all been very positive. You can tell they love this venue and pour their hearts and souls into making everything beautiful for their couples. Each time I’ve been on site I’ve noticed how the grounds are neatly groomed and all the buildings are clean and ready to be enjoyed by guests.
When you reserve The Baumberhof for your wedding you get access from 9am until midnight. That’s plenty of time to start your day in their beautiful bridal suite and have your hair and makeup done on-site where you won’t need to transfer from a salon and risk messing up your hair. The midnight end time gives you and your guests plenty of time to dance the night away.
The Baumberhof has a secluded feel, which we love. You’ll feel like you’re way out in the country, but really you’re only six miles north of the Kilpatrick turnpick between Portland and May. Easy peasy. Everything you need will be within a few minutes drive and your guests won’t have a hard time finding the venue.
We love The Baumberhof and we think you will, too! To see the venue all dressed up for wedding day, watch our film from Keely and Trey’s wedding, and then go read what Keely had to say on the blog when we asked her all about her wedding day experience.
