Hi, I'm Leslee!
So nice to meet you!

To know Tatum and Weston is to love them. They are the sweetest couple and they’re completely in love. Two key ingredients for an AMAZING wedding! Anne-Claire Allen and her team pulled off a stunning design and flawless coordination for this Fayetteville wedding at Inn at Carnall Hall with a reception at The Walton Arts Center.

This sweet couple and their families were so warm and welcoming we didn’t want the night to end! Their cold sparks send-off was the perfect way to close out the evening with the horn section of the band following them out the door playing “All You Need Is Love.” It was a real life Love Actually moment. Ahhh!!

Please enjoy their feature film below, and then read on for interviews with the Bride, Tatum and with the wedding planner, Anne-Claire Allen. Thank you to Kati Mallory for her stunning photography shown throughout this blog post. It’s all so beautiful!

My Interview with the Stunning Bride, Tatum

Leslee: How did you and Weston meet and fall in love?

Tatum: Weston and I met one night while meeting up with mutual friends. Sitting next to each other, we quickly realized we shared the same love for our favorite place, Lake Norfork in Mountain Home, AR. Weston asked me on our first date which was a walk around the neighborhood accompanied by Weston’s dog, Quarry. I fell in love with Weston instantly. His character, heart, and the way he cared for me, his family, and friends only made me love him more. Over time, our walks turned to runs, many nights were spent at our favorite places in Fayetteville, and countless road trips were made to of course to Lake Norfork. On November 26th 2022, Weston asked me to marry him in the most fitting way on the running trail where we went on their first date and walk together. Weston showed me a love greater than I could have ever imagined and I can’t imagine a life without him.

Leslee: What did you love about your Fayetteville wedding venues and your wedding design?

Tatum: Our two venues, Inn at Carnall Hall and Walton Arts Center, created the perfect picture and atmosphere for our wedding and I owe all the credit to our amazing wedding planner, Anne-Claire Allen. Inn at Carnall Hall was classic and the most beautiful, natural building. Our ceremony at the Inn at Carnall Hall was the perfect kick off for the celebration. It was intimate and timeless. Our reception at Walton Arts Center set the perfect stage for energy, fun. I loved how it was the perfect complement to Weston and I’s relationship – classic, timeless, and intimate.

Favorite Wedding Memories

Leslee: What are your favorite memories of your Fayetteville wedding?

Tatum: My favorite memories of the wedding were the venue, getting ready, getting to finally see Weston, the ceremony, the dancing, and our exit. In other words, everything!! We had many guests travel from 9+ hours away and it was so special getting to spend extra time with them as they were guests at the Inn. I am so blessed to have the most amazing, supportive friends and family who made me feel like the luckiest girl in the world while getting ready for the most special day of my life. Of course, I missed Weston and was counting down the seconds until I got to see him. Our ceremony was intimate, natural, and so special being surrounded by our family and friends. The reception as a whole – the dancing, the band, and the energy was everything and more I could have asked for. Our band was unbelievable and to top it off, they exited the reception with Weston and I to finish the night. I wouldn’t have done one minute of the day differently and am so blessed to have the most amazing wedding planner and team at my side.

Is A Wedding Videographer Worth It?

Leslee: What would you say to couples who aren’t sure about hiring a videographer?

Tatum: My best advice to anyone planning a wedding is to hire a videographer. You spend every day leading up to your wedding going over designs, details, and everything important for you to have on your big day and when the day has finally arrived it goes by in a second. Having a videographer and a wedding film allows you to rewatch not only the parts of your wedding day you planned but shows you the moments you did not plan or were not apart of. Seeing my husband getting ready with his family and friends and feeling like I am a guest at my own wedding is my favorite part of our wedding film. Right when you think the high of your wedding day and memories has begun to fade, you are blessed with a perfect video of the most special memories you get to relive over and over.

My Interview with Arkansas Best Wedding Planner, Anne-Claire Allen

Leslee: What were the most personalized and unique aspects of the design you created for Tatum and Weston?

Anne-Claire: Tatum and Weston are a special couple!  Their love for each other and their families was evident from our very first interaction.  Tatum dreamed of an airy Summer wedding full of unique blooms and a larger-scale version of a wisteria-tree she found when curating inspiration.  When planning the reception space, we took her hope for the trees and really did our best to lean into the vast, open space of the Walton Arts Center to give her that vision!  It was a special night for T&W and all in attendance!

Leslee: How did you make Tatum and Weston’s vision come to life so beautifully for this Fayetteville wedding?

Anne-Claire: Our goal for every wedding is to lean into the talented vendors we partner with to bring the overall vision to life!  Without their hard work and talents, none of it would come together!

Should I Hire A Wedding Videographer?

Leslee: What would you tell couples who are on the fence about whether or not to hire a videographer?

Anne-Claire: Booking a videographer is such a treat!  There’s a sense of emotion that is drawn from the day that simply cannot be found in still photography.  I love how video captures interactions and movement, as well as voice-overs that really allow you to remember each and every feeling of that special day!

Thank you Tatum and Anne-Claire for answering my questions and giving us all a peek into the behind-the-scenes of such an incredible Fayetteville wedding day! Also, a big thanks to the all-star team that made this day unforgettable for all of us!

“She helped me throughout the entire engagement, even when I had questions that didn't have to do with videography! I worried about NOTHING my wedding day because she spent time laying out the day and made sure it was flawless, making sure I felt confident in everything! Most importantly, I felt like I came out of the engagement and wedding day with a new friend. If "infinite stars" was a choice, I would choose it - but I guess I'll settle with 5!!!”

"Not only is Leslee a joy to work with, she is extremely professional, and one of the kindest people I know!"

"I've got nothing but compliments on the video, and I have nothing but compliments about her professionalism and kindness! She is the absolute sweetest person you will ever meet, and constantly strives to make your day perfect and meet your needs. I SO HIGHLY recommend Leslee for your videographer!”

"After one "get to know you" phone call, we were already good friends and I knew she'd do a great job!"

"On my wedding day, I was worried it may be awkward having someone I don't know in the room while I was getting ready, but it was the complete opposite of that. She fit right in and was actually a really calming presence to have around. When we got our video, I watched it immediately over and over again and couldn't stop crying. It was so beautifully put together. We got SO many compliments on it. My brother didn't even cry when his own children were born and he teared up watching our wedding video!! That's how good Leslee is!”

"I don't even have the words to say how amazing Leslee is!"

“She is insanely talented and was able to create a film that highlighted all of our favorite moments throughout the day and included all of our favorite people. I am so grateful that we chose Leslee as our videographer, and I couldn't recommend her enough. She has such a warm and calming presence and was so so sweet to work with.”

"After seeing our film and working with Leslee it was truly like she had known us for years"
